Our main aim is internationalizing our school education project that is to say, going in depth and spread our educative grounds: innovation, coaxistence, diversity and participation. To do so, we want to know different experiences, methodologies and good practices from other European schools still working on the same objectives.We will choose 14 highly qualified teachers of our school enrolled in this project who will perform the role of the so called mobility agents, received experiences collectors and vital axis so as to spread them.From this collected knowledge from mobilities, we will design different activities bearing in mind the improvement of the main pillars of our school project. Among them, we have already planned cultural exchange with other European schools, group work of teachers and summits for teachers of this school and others from this town in order to design new protocols to be worked out in the classroom.This project is based on 3 phases:1. Teachers' mobility.2. Design and development of activities.3. Assessment, evaluation and spreading results' actions.A collateral goal of the project is improving linguistic inmersion, specially dealing with the English Language, for Teachers to encourage a positive transfer to the classroom and students by using a variety of different multi-disciplinary activities, due to its vital importance for today's society.We highly believe in the great impact this may have on the school daily life of the different subjects, the use of new teaching approaches and positive collaborating environment between the different levels of our educative community.We also want to share our experience with the other schools in town to walk together heading to a better education offer in Rivas-Vaciamadrid.
