"Explore YouthPass" is a Youth exchange that will take place in Zlatibor, Serbia for 8 working days in July 2016. It will gather 47 youngsters from 9 different countries: Germany, Spain, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Estonia, Slovakia, Turkey and Latvia. One of the most relevant aspects of this exchange is to improve key competences of young people and their personal and professional development through non – formal education in order to give them better opportunity to find job and being an employee.Objectives:- To familiarize participants with the concept of Youth Pass as an educational program and its possibilities within and on the outside of Erasmus +- To explore the 8 key competences and to give participants an understanding of what each competence refers to- To give participants a clear understanding of Youthpass and how it works- To develop participant’s competences in intercultural learning -To contribute to young people's personal development,- To help them to set up learning and career goals by creating a safe atmosphere for non-formal learning,- To develop participants' life-long learning competencies, self-awareness and promote active and creative participation of young people in processes and events around them.- To set up strategies for the better recognition of youth work and non – formal educationThe activities are divided into 3 stages;1) introduction; which tackles all presenting and group/team building activities; name games, treasure hunt, presenting team and programme of youth exchange plus useful information on Vienna and the venue of the project2) body; which tackles the 8 different competences and their direct relation to non-formal education and the recognition of the youthpass in the labor market through the involvement of different stakeholders 3) conclusion; the participants will take into consideration all that they have learn and they will set into different groups to raise new ideas to promote the Youthpass! The participants will present the ideas they compile on the final day of the project!The working methods are strictly non-formal. Some of the methods used are role-playing, brainstorming and debating, using of materials to create alternative methods of presenting, treasure hunts, quizzes...etc.... the groups will work together in multi-national groups most of the time, however there will be sessions where the participants will have to join their own delegations to present their own country, organisation or culture!
