»Explore, innovate – succeed!« is a week long training course of conquering methods and techniques that are used on the field of youth training for easier passage into a professional enviroment. The programme of the training course is divided into: the introduction part, the main part and the final part. INTRODUCTION: We will present in an interactive way different work methods and techniques. The activities will be oriented into discovering personal potential, strong points, special abilities and presentation of work methods to identify the needs of individuals for further developement. We will proceed with techniques for discovering desires and will present methods to increase or intensify the strength of desires. MAIN PART: We will divide participants into groups and do a simulation of a start up company. We will use the groups to present economic dynamics and the features of a modern market. We will present the structure of a company. Participants will design a product or service and make a theoretical business model. This part of the training will be focused on individual abilities and on developing these abilities. The end will be a sistematic self-reflection in research of feeling and desires that were made during the process so far. We will also present crowdfunding to the participants. FINAL PART: We will transform all acquired knowledge into a real-life enviroment. Together with the participants we will form, plan and implement an event that will contain all the knowledge and skills gathered during the week.
