«Experiencing Solidarity» has been elaborated in our European and International partners' network and concerns sending arid hosting of 15 volunteers, in activities duration from 3 to 10 months. It includes sending from coordinating organisation 5 volunteers to European countries, 2 volunteers to Vietnam, a volunteer to Thailand, 2 volunteers to Macedonia, 2 volunteers to Azerbaijan; hosting 2 Moroccan, 1 Polish, 1 Spanish and 1 Vietnamese volunteers in France. It involves 8 projects for young people with fewer opportunities.Themes of the project are European awareness, development of rural and disadvantaged urban areas. Main objectives are :• improving the social inclusion, sense of solidarity and active citizenship of young people,• raising young people skills to cope in new situations and to encourage them to take new challenges; to raise their skills to be successful in personal and professional life,» developing intercultural competencies of volunteers and local communities,• contributing to local community sustainable development,• motivating young people in hosting country to participate in international initiatives,• developing systematic support and follow up of the volunteers.Youth are involved in cultural, environment protection and leisure time activities mostly with people with fewer opportunities (different age groups). In every project there is an important part for raising European awareness and sensitizing young people about possibilities offered by Youth in Action program.Mobility process (from recruitment until evaluation) is based on ADICE EVS experience and formalized in a pedagogical process sheet, summing up the various steps of the EVS process. Volunteer is conscious about the all process from the beginning. Project activities will be adjusted to volunteer's objectives and abilities.
