The specific cross-border objectives are: - - Development of the supply of coordinated and quality based tourist services ; - - Development of 5 new tourist products which will include the culinary and unique local products as well as the heritage of the cross-border region; - - Raising the quality of gastronomy services by the training of caterers; - - Development of common products of the cross-border region; - - Joint marketing of the developed products. Expected Results: Trained people, new tourist products, internet sub-site, study of guest satisfaction of catering establishments, book with the title „Old recipes in a modern form”, presentation of new products, a study of 5 typical products at a higher quality level, development of 7 new local products, publication of local products, written record of old dishes, stands, map, pens, inns that have raised their quality to a higher level, inns that use home-grown or home-made products, inns that with their programmes participate with other touristically attractive suppliers, co-operation of large tourist organisations with smaller suppliers, new producers of local specialities on a high quality level
