The project is designed for 30 young students of the professional families of hospitality and tourism, administration and management, computer science and communication, health and services to the community.
Our main goal is to get our students to be integrated into a real working environment, applying the training acquired technique, improvement of their qualifications, enhancing their personal abilities, skills and individual competencies relating to entrepreneurship, support the development of content, services, education and lifelong learning ICT-based and innovative practices.
Another need is improvement of their language skills and new innovative techniques and forms of labour through the FCT in different European cities.
The ages of these students is included between 18 - 45 years, the older ages, is due to the current crisis that has left many people unemployed and they have dedicated themselves to form in other areas that were not that had been previously dedicated.
Participation in the project of students, and with a language level low, will serve to enhance their level of professional and language; Since present a medium-low social level, which under normal circumstances not allowed access to a training abroad.
The methodology for this project is the make a transparent selection of our students with good communication between our institution and our partners for the smooth functioning of the project.
The expected results are, in general terms, the programmed objectives and improve the language proficiency of our students at the time that enrich your resume for future work, not forgetting the self-improvement that coexist in a country with a foreign language.
The impact is that since the Center participates in the Erasmus projects., formerly PAP have to precious a greater application in these cycles and more requests to participate in these projects. Our students sees an opportunity that is enviable to go out and find that job opportunity.
The long term benefits that students can improve their language skills, which the Center is internationally known for enterprises of reception, that our students, are enough competent in their work.That students improve skills in another area other than yours.
