"Exchanging of best practices for promoting diversification and sustainable development of the tourism services"

The project “Exchanging of Best Practices promoting diversification and sustainable development of the tourism services” will be created under the Lifelong Learning Programme, Action GRUNDTVIG Learning Partnerships. The aim of the project is creation of tourism educational networks in order to promote joint tourism development, initiatives and trainings. The overall objective of the represented project is the establishment of strong cooperation between the partners’ organizations from different social, economical and regional aspect countries in order to achieve economic city development based on tourism resources. The partnership is based on the need to exchange experience between different types of European institution and get new ideas to develop and improve entrepreneurship learning as one of the very engaging adult education pathways. The learners will increase their knowledge about the tourism services, good practices used in each participated country and which are the opportunities to develop sustainable city policies using the businesses in the tourism sector.The target groups of the project will include adults, women and men, entrepreneurs, unemployed people will learn together, will be incorporated in the curricula of the courses and it will give input to sustainable development in society and comparison of altitudes towards new learning possibilities. The partnership will give ideas to adult trainers as well as new methods and approaches to adult learning in entrepreneurship activities and exchange of best practices . The outcomes of the partnership will be a website and a compendium of partners' best practice with detailed descriptions of activities enclosing a DVD with the results (presentations, training materials) of the learners' activities.
