Ex.So.Res – Training Methodology for Experts in Process and Instruments on Social Responsibility
The Ex.So.Res project aims at the design, testing, evaluation, dissemination and mainstreaming of training methodology, specific to a new professional profile, namely professional or expert in Social Responsibility. Such a professional is expected to promote innovative approaches, to apply processes and tools and to develop experimental initiatives on Social Responsibility in public and private organisations working in the care and health sectors. End project results will comprise a final report providing indicators on training needs and on identified good practice; an outline curriculum for the new professional profile; outline training methodology (and a support manual) and a network of Social Responsibility actors comprising both project participants and relevant stakeholders. Direct beneficiaries of the project include those involved in public or private care and health sector bodies, in addition to vocational training organisations. Dissemination will be ongoing throughout the project lifetime and will rely upon the organisation of press conferences and seminars; active participation of partners in conferences, fora, and fairs; the production & distribution of printed project materials; the publication of regular project newsletters and the establishment of a dedicated project website.
