Training Course EWEnt Menagement was aimed to youth leaders in age of 20-30 years old from Germany, Poland, Estonia, Armenia, Moldova, Romania, Italy, Serbia and Georgia. During 8-day-long project they have improved competences in the field of group management by touching such subject as: stages of group develepement, role of the leader, conflict management, risk management and evaluation. All of those improved will benefit not only for their future work with youth, but also stronger their position on labour market. Whole training was implemented with the non-formal education methodolgy, with the methods such as brainstorming, group discussions, role playing games or simulations. This project was an answer for the countinuous need of the improvment of the East-West-East Network and organizations that are createing this Network. Thanks to the training we can not only train new leaders, but also due to acquired competences, we can organize better projects in the future.
