The aim of this project is to reach and connect with young people in town of Vukovar, trough various educational, social events and activities of YPGD - Youth Club and to provide creative place for those with fewer opportunities, such as unemployed youth and ethnic minorities, palce where they can be creators of their own free time, where they can show and develop, creativity, new initiatives and develop of their own potentials. YPGD wants to offer place and activities for young people to gain competence and skills in order to prevent social exclusion of youths, a place where children and young people can promote and improve their work skills. With this project we want to promote volunteerism and EVS in town of Vukovar and surroundings( Vukovarsko-Srijemska County). We want to motivate and inform young people to use possibilities and opportunities of EVS and YIA programs. The project beneficiaries will be young people aged between 15-30 years.Project will be implemented in the City of Vukovar and it will last 12 months. One of the EVS volunteers will be involved in activities of Youth Club such as : Information about voluntary youth camps,; Informing young people about specific issues of their interest - such as, (education, higher education, employment, non-formal education programs available for leisure, etc.); non-formal training for unemployed youth and ethnic minorities - computer course for unemployed youth, social skills course, business course; foreign languages courses. Preparation and organization of: Music, creative, dance, video and photography workshops; activities and workshops related to, addiction prevention, nonviolence; public tribunes related to promotion and values of European Union, presentation of EU countries; Children workshops will be implemented in 2 primary schools(OS Blage Zadre, OS Nikole Andrića) and 1 kindergarten(Vukovar 1).
