„EVS CODE: DEVELOPMENT” project is focused on the personal development of the youth and the “21st century skills” acquiring as well as on the inclusion and active conscious participation in the realization of the EU vision about the global development. It approves the idea that the creativity, open social communication and the active citizenship are the k-factors for the personal development and successful realization of every young person as well as for the progress and development of Europe and the World. The project is using the Art as a tool for personal development, self-improvement, expression and social impact. It contributes to the social inclusion and cultural rapprochement in Europe and promotes the active outdoor physical activities and the healthy life style. The main aim of the project is to build up qualities, skills and competences helping both the participants and the local beneficiaries of the project activities to be better prepared and competitive on the labor market and to acquire batter life style. „EVS CODE: DEVELOPMENT“ is a group EVS project for activities in the field of theatre, visual and applied arts and civic society development with the participation of 2 volunteers from Spain. Duration – 12 months. The volunteers will be bound up in creative, artistic and subsidiary activities, related to the theatrical, educational and art projects of FIRE theatre-art-culture FOUNDATION during 2015 and 2016. Art will be used as a tool for social expression and impact, communication, personal realization and social rapprochement. The educational methods will be non-formal, providing opportunities for self-initiative, creativity and development, targeted on the acquiring of the “21 century’s competences”. We’ll provoke at the most and strive for self-initiative and creativity of the participants and the intercultural dialogue. The activities will be realized in Sofia and its suburbs mainly. We plan also some short trips in other settlements and rural regions of the country as well as promotion of EVS and “Erasmus+” Programme of the EC. The most significant results of the project will be: the personal and professional progress of the participants; promotion and confirmation/endorsement of the EU values; provision of information for the youth and cultural integration; establishment and development of partnerships; capacity building of the two organizations involved in the project. The results will be widely spread among the local society, youth and EU NGO’s and will be offered to the large audience through the new technologies.
