In the recent years there is increase of the worsening mismatch between professional qualification that vocational schools give and the qualities of the workforce that the market requires. One of the measures we can apply to overcome the differences is training to obtain practical skills and international dimension of the professional competence. The projects related to Erasmus+ give an opportunity for collaboration in that field.Our project is aimed to students of specialties Computer technics and technology and Autotransport technics in the Vocational High School situated in Vratsa, Bulgaria. From these specialties will be selected 20 students which will provide the opportunity to conduct three weeks practicing in Germany from 24th June 2017 to 15th July 2017.The project will help them to overcome the lack of practical experience and will help them to acqire professional and universal key competencies. This will lead to their more successful career after graduating vocational school.Through emplementing the project our main objectives are:- Improvement of practical knowledge and abilities in the creation and reparation of Computer Systems and Networks and the maintenance of Modern means of transport;- The students will learn new technologies and stadarts practicing in a supportive and real working environment of our partner;- They will be taught in accuracy, politeness, honesty, discipline and team-working;- The students will be aqainted with the duality training system in Germany which will be of great importance in introduction of duality in our training school;- Improvement of their language skills, their conversational and technical German;- They will learn more about economic, social and culture characteristics of Germany.The partner in our projegt is bbW Bildungszentrum Ostbrandenburg GmbH in Frankfurt (Oder) - provider of services of vocational education and staff development. The students will have the possibility to train in a environment close to the real working environment.Our parntership organization provides conditions in which participants will acquire and improve their skills working with modern equipment will get in touch with perfect monitors and specialists. This will contribute to the formation of practical skills in the profession and formation of the personality skills to help in their realization on th elabour market. The training will take place on agreed curriculum. Such a professional practice is embeded in the school curriculum also.The students will be accompanied by 2 teachers in professional training to be in assistance during the jouney and stay in Germany. The teachers will share experience with their german colleages in the fields of school programes, the connection between theory and practice, systems of recognition of qualifications, realization on the labour market. The project will have positive emphasis on the professional and personal development of the students.The collaboration with an organization emplementing dual training will help our organization in intoducing the duality training.Providing practice in a country like Germany will raise the prestige of our school and will ensure European dimenssions of our vocational training.
