Our project goals are to perform and support artistic initiatives and socio-cultural and educational activities with close relationships among the participants. In this Project the activities aim to include aesthetic way of thinking, meeting creative drama, improvisation in lifelike situations. There will be more tending to use flexible and appropriate methods of creative drama among the stakeholders in the end.
he issue of our project is the literacy of the heart, “art”. We work for laughter, we work for joy, we work for innovation, we work for enthusiasm, we work for success, and we work for hopes. We are the volunteers, we create the dreams.
The aim of our project is to perform and support artistic initiatives and socio-cultural and educational activities which have implications for responding to local needs. We want to share our own ideas with the local youth and contribute to the development of intellectual, spiritual, artistic and aesthetic taste among them using creative drama..
Our project includes improving cultural awareness and artistic expression among youth, encouraging cross-border dialogue through coordinating artistic and cultural events, providing opportunities for participation in local and international trainings and cross-cultural exchanges. The activities proposed in the project allow volunteers to take part in more specific sub-activities related to their interests and abilities. We want to create new initiatives through the participation in artistic, cultural and educational activities.
In the first step the volunteers will learn about the new culture and life style of the host organization and its members. This stage includes all the necessary contacts and efforts among the local people and the volunteers. Then s/he will begin implementing the specific programmes planned previously. At the end of the project the volunteers will be encouraged to organize a certain finalizing event and report of the project which will bring a clear added value to the project.
In this project fair and open selection procedures occurred in multi-stage processes. All the participants’ needs are overlapped with the aims of the project.
We're planning to send volunteers who are aged between 17-30. We'll try to be fair to choose especially the ones who have no abroad experience.
We'll choose our volunteers according to their CV's and motivation letters that they'll provide us with.

We hope to send you volunteers with high motivation, determined, friendly and sociable characteristic features.
Moreover, we would like to choose our volunteers who have basic knowledge on the EU-Turkey affairs, Erasmus + programmes, and EVS of course.
We hope to choose young volunteers who could easily orient herself or himself to the working environment and local people.
We expect organizing events in the organisations, communication and informing the local youth about non-formal education opportunities. Regular info sessions and training courses are organized regarding the studying opportunities, project writing skills etc. Thus, European citizenship, digital citizenship and tolerance will be provided.
Project period is 24 months. Project will start on 01.01.2015 and will end 31.12.2016.
There are a total of 11 participants. These are will send. for longer period 1 person to France, 2 persons to Romania , 2 persons to Macedonia and for short-term again to Romania 2 people, 2 people to Italy and 2 people to Macedonia .
We're planning to send volunteers who are aged between 17-30, with intermediate level of English. We'll try to be fair to choose especially the ones who have no abroad experience.We will pay attention to the balance of gender distribution
