Our project "Eurotracks Mobility" targets, as part of the priorities laid down by Erasmus + and the French Government, graduates for less than a year that are now grappling with some issues to enter the labour market and have more and more the objective to internationalise their profiles and their professional careers. Eurotracks staff, which must experience the mobility to be a consistent relay for the trainees, also wishes to benefit from a mobility.For the work placements, a network of partner ntermediary organizations, providing work of a high standard, has won our loyalty on these destinations: Ireland (Cork), Spain (Seville), Czech Republic (Prague), United Kingdom (Eastbourne). We also would like, with this new project, to develop our network and work directly with companies.With this network, Eurotracks develops its work on the quality process of the mobility (sending and receiving) set up with each of its partners, as well as the possibility of ECVET certification of our mobility programs. This project also echoes Eurotracks' will to offer high standard mobility projects and to improve its practices. We would like to create a European network of quality mobility players.The main expected impact is to respond to employability issues through European mobility. We are convinced that, it is through the constant improvement of our programs, by offering mobility experiences that fits to individual profiles and pathways, by consolidating our partnerships and by raising awareness of the beneficts of mobility among a larger and larger audience, that we could train increasingly efficient and consistent beneficiaries to ensure their success in the labor market.
