The project applicant is Zespó? Szkó? Us?ugowych in Ostrów Wielkopolski with Socjeta ConsortileCasa Artusi a.r.l as a hosting partner. Sending institutions from Ostrow Wielkopolski is Zespó? Szkó? Us?ugowych. The overall time frame of the project is 9 months, whereas the particular training visit takes 5 week days. There are 2 training groups of 10 participants. Each group consists of 5 teachers and 5 entrepreneurs/ business representatives where students are placed for their obligatory work experience training. The project main objective is to increase the participants? work by 40 hours of workshops in wine production and customer service, as well as to improve quality of vocational education and to transfer innovations in hospitality industry for the purpose of school work experience programme The project objectives match the applicants? needs which are as follows: wine list assembling and wine selection for the purpose of assisting customers In the restaurants setting, developing the skills of a restaurant's sommelier and wine tasting standards, blending, familiarization with the most recent tendencies in wine-making technologies and techniques, development of key competences and pedagogies in winemaking and customer service training. The project participation, because of its job training, will definitely improve the teachers? and school apprenticeship supervisors? skills and competencies in professional training, it will help build their motivation for English language learning and develop awareness of the need for constant skills self-development, which in turn will result in developing work self-improvement habits and will improve the quality and attractiveness of education in our schools. The effect of the training is the participants? acquisition of key competences and improvement of pedagogical skill in customer service and wine production training. It will create interest in, familiarize with, as well as develop sensitivity and need for innovations and creativity in vocational teaching; it will help develop strategies for activating students? learning skills and will help participants break through teaching routine and thus improve their teaching quality. Finally, the project participation ensures acquisition of new practical skills and professional qualifications, work experience exchange, transfer of knowledge and innovations. The work experience training will take place at Societa Consortile Casa Artusi. The foreign partner will provide their possesses excellent training facilities and equipment as well as experienced staff necessary for organizing the job training visits and carrying out the project objectives. The partner ensures methodological supervision and training, accommodation arrangements as well as organization and coordination of cultural programme.
