The applicant of the project is a consortium of three NGOs from the voivodeship of Małopolska: the Local Action Group "Over the White Przemsza", the Laboratory of Inspiration Foundation and the Local Product "Over the White Przemsza" Association. We share a common mission and activities for the education of local communities in rural areas as well as a strong need for social innovation and implementation of new educational methods for our customers. The diagnosis of socio - economic problems shows that our area of operations requiring urgent support groups are women, especially young mothers, socially inactive women and those over 50 years of age. Therefore, this project focuses on non-formal education model aimed at women from rural areas. Transnational cooperation will significantly strengthen our consortium and expertise of our team members.The aim of the project is to improve the quality and innovation of educational services of our consortium of 3 institutions by applying European practices and increase the skill of our team in the field of non-formal education of adults, particularly disadvantaged groups which are women - living in rural areas.The project will be attended by 10 consortium educators and trainers. Transnational cooperation will involve the participation of 8 members of our team in training, which comprehensively cover the specificity of education of disadvantaged groups. The training will be conducted by partners from Finland and Portugal, with years of experience in the field of sustainable rural development, education and support to women. On the other hand, two of our coaches will take part in an intensive language course in Ireland, so not only significantly raise language skills, but will help to expand the consortium's activities with new international projects, including strategic partnerships.The project will put emphasis on the exchange of good practices in the field of adult education. After returning from mobility, participants will conduct internal trainings for other members of the consortium and 3 meetings for institutions with which the consortium members cooperate in everyday work (approx. for 50 institutions). Reports and educational materials will be disseminated in the form of open licenses (generally available).The project will contribute significantly to increase the quality of our services so that residents will be supported more effectively, as well as expand our offer with new measures for women. The partnership will allow for the implementation of the principles of a learning organization and equip consortium of new proven techniques and methods of working with women and the local community. Each participant will gain new skills and valuable experience in working with the new techniques and educational methods, which will be tested during the examination and then certified by Europass. Gained experience will be implemented in the framework of new educational projects and development of our three organizations. The project results with complete documentation will be promoted on the Internet and will be sent to the minimum 250 institutions from the Małopolska region.
