The Project of Miejski Zespol Szkol is entitled : European Teacher – Learning School. The institution is located in a small town in kujawsko-pomorskie district and it is located far from bigger cities. Due to the lack of development opportunities for teachers and that is why the school decided to apply in the project Erasmus+.The main aim of the Project is developing language competences of the teachers of different school subjects In order to acquire by them a tool which is a foreign language. The employees of school will take part in the courses of English. Also the teachers of foreign languages such as English and Spanish will take part In the project, In this case they will take part In methodology courses In order to improve the learning process during language classes. The project will help them to improve the results of the exams in primary school and at mid-secondary level. Along with other teacher alos a teacher of physical education will take part in the project. The course of PE will enable to present the students new kinds of games for our students. Altogether 10 teachers will take part in the project which will enable to enrich the teachers' work and will help the teachers to present better lessons to their students. It is important that all the school staff will be engaged in the project and will find out more from their colleagues from work. The staff that will take part in the project will also present the result of the project to their students, parents and local society. We believe that the project will enables the school to join other schools abroad and will enable teachers to help in their everyday work and the students to get better result in the teaching process.
