The participants of "European practice of wysokomazowiecki technique" are Zespol Szkol Zawodowych im. Stanislawa Staszica in Wysokie Mazowieckie and its partners: EuroMind (Spain) and Training Vision (England). The project is supposed to last from 01.06.2016 to 01.05.2018. The main goal of this project is to organise internships for students of second and third grade. These participants are students of our vocational school who specializes in economic, food production, gastronomy, tourism and information technology. The young people will take the 4-week traineeship in Spain and English corporations, which meet the criteria tailored to education in a specific subject. Our pupils will leave with the teacher from our school to provide them with better care.The need of the project implementation results from more and more expectations of employers from graduates of vocational school. By being sent to different countries where infrustracture is well developed in aftermentioned areas, the interns will be able to learn about work conditions, they will gain professional skills, and they will improve language skills. The project will also increase students' self-confidence, indeed will contribute pupils' motivation towards the further education and in consequence will ensure a better position in the local and international labour market. Our school through the project will become more attractive for prospective students. New obtained skills as well as work, language and social competences will be documented, evaluated individually and certificated (Europass Mobility).The main goals of the project are:-widening by pupils the theoretical knowledge they get at school for professional skills educated on the practice.-preparation, sought by empleyers, graduate having european qualifications, professional and language skills,-development of international cooperation with new foreign partners,-promotion of the school,-to know the cultural legacy of other nations.The internship abrod contributes to developments of key competences of our participants. Futhermore, pupils will become more confident and learn new languages.Additionaly, the interns will have the opportunity to learn about the culture, history and geography of Spain and England by excursions organized by our partners. Our students will develop their European awareness and learn to accept and tolerate other nations.The project will let our students the better start on completion schools, since they will be more professionally experienced than their peers. The foreign internship will also bring long-term benefits since will influence the mobility of future graduates, will equip them with professional, linguistic latest experiences and confirmed competence with relevant certificates. Moreover, the project will increase the attractiveness of school educational offer and thus the quality of education.
