The project is aimed to students Vocational School WZDZ in Szczecin who learn to be electrician / locksmith and a hairdresser. The main objective of the project is to support students in learning, professional development, acquisition and use of knowledge, skills and qualifications. These activities are intended to affect their professional development, increase their chances of employment, participation in the European Labour Market. The result of the project activities will be increase their chances of finding employment, not only in the country but also abroad. While foreign work placements, students will expand their knowledge of the content and gain practical experience in their profession. Youth pe ople will learn about the standards and procedures applicable in the European Union. This will definitely be an impact on their mobility and increase self-esteem as a qualified staff. Participation in international internship will enhance the competitiveness of our young people in the labor market. It should be noted that the students will be able to know the specifics of the profession in which they are trained and will have created an opportunity to establish contacts with potential future employers. We are confident that foreign internship, implemented at a high level, taking into account EU standards will complement and enhance the quality of work of qualified personnel in our country, especially the West Pomeranian region, which will contribute to its economic development. In the longer term this will also reduce the high unemployment rate in our region. The internship will be implemented according to the agreed program with foreign partners, supervised by professionals from companies in the partner country, as well as the guardians of the sending organization. Our partner will Vitalis GmbH, Germany.
