The context of the project is part of the future development of collaborative actions with the countries of Italy and Portugal, in order to share teaching methodologies and planning periods in Workplace Training for students of our center . The number of participants will be four teachers , two on each project / country. The profile of the participants will be: teaching staff in VET, with competence in foreign languages and involved in European projects. The description of the activities and the methodology used to carry out the project are: • Conduct a preliminary work plan for the week stay, scoring goals and specific tasks. • Displacement of staff to Ascoli Piceno in Italy and Mortagua in Portugal. • Visit to agricultural, forestry and environmental organisations of both countries involved in training students in practices. • Selection of potential companies for internships Training Centers Work for students of IES Emilio Muñoz during 2015/2016 , both of Middle Grade and Higher Grade . • Formation in Educational Training centers of the regions to visit, in order to know their methods of teaching and to develop future KA2 actions. • Collect data to develop customized training programs for students, as well as programming the Erasmus FCT, which should be reflected in subsequent courses . Results and expected impact as well as potential long-term benefits are as follows : • Promoting the implementation of practices in EuropeanTraining Work Centers by our students in the coming years, in collaboration with the entities involved in these action. • Exchange of experiences between our region and the counties of Ascoli Piceno and Mortágua, putting in contact associations and organizations involved in local development. • Promoting the employability of our students in the European labor market. • Provide a European dimension to the training of our students . • Share experiences with other professionals, both teachers and related to the world of farms . In the medium term , the training acquired by the teachers participating in this action, shared by the whole of the Department of Agrarian in our center, must directly impact the training offered to students.
