The project envisages the establishment of a network to exchange skills and knowledge concerning the professional figures in the field ofsocial services planning, implementation and management: operators and social workers within institutions and associations; central and decentralized public administration managers, and social economy enterprise operators. A social services decentralisation process based on a mix of different welfare systems will be also discussed in detail during a specific work session together with public administration operators and the bodies working in the civil society.
