It is proposed that the IPDJ, I.P. as the National Coordinating Body (NBC - National Coordinating Body) celebrates in Portugal, the European Sport Week of Sport.Step 1) - January to June 2016 development of partnership with TAFISA; - January, preparation and submission of the Application and partnerships for the realization of events; - From March 2016 contractualisation and pre-financing; - March to December, implementation of activities / events related to EWoS 2016; - March to December, communication campaign to ensure greater visibility and notoriety to EWoS 2016 and prepare the EWoS 2017; - December, program evaluation and preparation of the Annual Report. Based on the monthly assessment to be held to the idealized scheme of operations; - October to December, dissemination (EWoS 2017 and following);Step 2)We prepared an action plan which includes national, regional and local levels of intervention. At the national level, it will be put into action a campaign in order to promote through mass media, and for different audience, the EWoS and the objectives of the EC for this event. At the regional and local level, and in partnership with the Regional-Directorates of the IPDJ, events will be held every month, from March to Decemberr. Conferences are also planned.It is proposed in accordance with the guidelines and proposals of the European Commission, to develop a general program, according to the following:1.1. National campaign to promote EWoS, through mass media and for a different audience.1.2. Set up a Committee of Ambassadors.1.4. Activities program involving the various Public and Private Entities that oversee the different subsystems and systems of physical activity and sport.1.5.
