Contractor of youth exchange project from the "Erasmus +" Programme is Health related Organization for Promotion and Prevention "HOPP". The topic of the programme is "European warm-up" which means, that the main goal of the project is to connect young people from Europe and give them opportunity to actively spend time. The aim is to promote health through non formal education, such as sports events, collective games and exercises. Participants come from four member countries of the European Union: Bulgaria, Romania, Cyprus and Poland. The project will take place in Kroczyce (15-23 of October 2014), and during 9 days trainers will use also other activities such as ice-breaking games, presentations, workshops, open space. Thanks to the project, young people will learn how to take care of their own health thanks to principles of a healthy lifestyle. Discussions and workshops during the project should bring better understanding of the issues related to health and help to change bad, unhealthy habits. They will also participate in different workshops about European values.
