Lifelong Learning (henceforth, LLL) has become the key structure of the new society defined on the Lisbon strategy. For this process to take place, new architectures should be integrated in the old structures on which the European LLL systems are based. So far, notorious inefficiencies have been detected in the LLL provision system, fundamentally in Europe. For this reason Uni-QM aims to "pilot a demonstrating project on creating a LLL quality management system for institutional activities of the European LLL system, which can be used as a base for establishing the bases of a potential Network of LLL Quality Management in higher education".
