It will bring together youngsters from 5 different countries: Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia and Portugal; 7 from each county, 35 altogether. All the organisations involved in this project work with youngsters with fewer opportunities. in order to give them a chance to grow and learn more about the partner countries and work on their social and personal competences. Various games and outdoor activities will be carried out in order to approach the subject of the project (Legends). Participants will be learning about and from each other, and will work on their teamwork skills and overcoming language barriers. The main objective of the project is an exchange and transfer of knowledge and know-how in different areas relating to Arts and Culture and European Awareness based on non-formal education. Each participant will take part in a multicultural and gender-sensitive group devoted to one of the four workshops: music, painting, performance and media. We expect to achieve the follow objectives:- Improving the skills of each participant on the area of Arts and Media- Sharing experiences between the participants about their cultural heritage of tales- Sensitizing the participants to the importance of the youth participation in the field of Arts and Culture- Promoting the non-formal education as a way to integrate people from different nationalities in one group- Promote the integration of the youngsters with fewer opportunities and help them to develop their personal and social skills- Promote the European cooperation in youth fieldWe have chosen the theme based on the possibilities that it offers for participants to work on their creativity, initiative and entrepreneurship. Working together in a multicultural environment and learning from each other can encourage better ideas and inner motivation among the youngsters and it is one of the priorities of the YiA. It also opens their minds for the building up a Europe with differences but with the same aims and values.By participating in this kind of projects the youngsters can get more information and be involved in others projects under the Erasmus +.
