This project proposes that ten participants and one accompanying person from the PCSO to visit a training center in Lithuania. The Vilnus training center takes responsibility to provide and take care for the professional training for a period of 2 weeks in their facilities. The participants will work 7 hours a day, with 1h 30min. break for lunch.

In addition to the Vilnus training center, the participants will visit internationally recognized hairdresser saloons, located within the perimeter of the town of Vilnus. In Lithuania the candidates for this professional training and visit will have the possibility to understand how the work in centers is done. The organization and clients in such centers is different that the work in such a center in the city setting. This will help the candidates when they create their own business and make them be more compliant with EU standards. Further cooperation and further partnership will also be enabled. The idea is to assist in mobility of professionals, to incentive the participants in learning foreign languages and to improve the cooperation on EU level.
The program will have significant influence to the participants. The participants will have the possibility to absorb new experiences. It is expected that the mobility will represent a motivator and driver of changes. The practical training will help the participants gain personal, language and professional skills abroad. The life experience gained from the mobility program and the exposure to a different culture will help the participants grow their personality, encourage their independent thinking and will boost their self-confidence. Besides challenging, the participants academically, the mobility program will help them improve their cross-cultural communication skills, enhance their analytical skills, constructively cope and deal with differences, become more flexible and therefore employable.
It is important to stress that most of the students rarely have the opportunity to visit EU countries, except to a certain extent for the neighboring EU countries.
The strategic goal of the project is to improve the overall quality of vocational education in Macedonia, to implement and make the participants aware of the life-long learning principle and to increase the level of knowledge, skills and competitiveness of the center on the educational market.
Once the visit is completed, it is expected that the centers will continue cooperating and exchanging both trainers, candidates and employees in the years to come.
