The problem of youth unemployment, transition from education to labor market and access to quality education that gives skills for jobs, has been high on the public and political agenda at European (and even international ) level, ever since the economic crises in 2008 has affected particularly the young generations and its effects are seen until today. The project ''European NGO network for the rights of young NEETs'' tackles the situation of engaging professional NGOs and youth workers in processes of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) on implementation of Youth Guarantee and other existing public funds (national or European, including ESF), respectively in policy-shaping that addresses the specific needs of young people in NEET situations.
