These reasons lead us to predict that renewable energy sector will continue demanding of high skilled and competent professionals and managers. Logistics management is one of the most important field of knowledge and skills for all businesses and in case of energy sector they are very specific, having a great importance for planning and managing an entire supply chain (from source, through energy production to distribution to final consumer). Logistics Management Programme in RES has been developed by Bydgoska Szkoła Wyższa as interdisciplinary course. It was considered that it would be appropriated to transfer and implement this activity in other European countries (after making some adaptation work). The main goal of this project was to implement Logistics Management Programme in RES to train managers and executives as well as other staff responsible for this part of activity of enterprises not only engaged in RES sector directly but also other enterprises that use energy extensively and public administration in charge of RES promotion. The additional pedagogical module was directed to trainers and tutors. The idea was to transfer innovative programme delivered as blended learning course to other countries (Czech Republic, Greece and Lithuania) by identifying innovative solutions for its adaptation and implementation (adaptation of the programme to a blended learning system with interactive elements). Some innovative solutions were identified and adapted between all the consortium partners engaged in this project. This partnership was formed by entities involved in the education and RE sectors:- P0-Leader (Poland): BSW - Bydgoska Szkoła Wyzsza;- P1 (Poland): Inventi SA;- P2 (Lithuania): Eksponente;- P3 (Greece): AINTEK A.E.;- P4 (Czech Republic): NorthCom s.r.c.
