Our intention with this project is to give the option to a number of teachers (4) to take part in a mobility to Turku Professional School, in Finland. These teachers would have different degrees of responsibility experience and belonging to different Professional departments within our school.We are deeply interested in consolidating our programme of Vocational Education on Nursing and in promoting the rest of our vocational education programmes. At the moment, these other programmes are suffering a crisis as far as the number of students yearly enrolled.The main aim is to exchange experiences and get to know in detail the organization and work developed within the healthcare and education systems in Finland. This way, we would apply all this improved knowledge on our daily professional responsibilities.We are eager to know about the ICTs work that Turku is developing with their students on practical periods at different companies, and the cooperative work they do with the Office of Apprentices to keep updated an information system on the Cloud. We want to learn how to develop a similar system for our students to exchange infromation and experiences before, in the course of, and after their training periods at companies.We also want to enlarge our ability to write Erasmus+ projects, specially the ones on the Key Action 1, to be able to offer our students the possibility of building their professional training on a European company.Last but not least, we intend to focus on the linguistic dimension of the mobility. We want to get a knowledge on the job Turku is doing with their English language programmes for Apprentices and Teachers. This would allow us to increase the European dimension of the tasks teachers and students should do.
