Our cooperation with the English organization Tellus Group started a few months ago through very frequent e-mail and telephone correspondence. Shortly after the new Erasmus + program has been presented we thought it would be a perfect opportunity and possibility for a project that could be of mutual interest. In this project our company FILIP M will participate as a sending organization with 7 teachers and Tellus Group as a hosting partner. The name of our project is "Obtaining European experiences -improved language competencies The possibility to be faced with greater and advanced countries provides opportunities each teacher, each individual who is involved in any kind of teaching, educating or involvement in language to widen, enhance and get better skills and knowledge . The aims of this project would be: - increased foreign language competencies -enhanced employability and improved carrier prospects - increased motivation in participation in future formal and non formal teaching and training All participants who will be involved in the project will find ways to improve themselves as this is their second profession. They will share what they know, how they perform their classes and from their second activity that they have, they will gain more experience better and improved ways of translation and interpretation. Our company together with the involved participants are hoping to gain the following competencies. -improved language competencies It means that after attending the training course they can use all four language skills reading,writing speaking and listening better and with great self confidence -improved social and cultural competencies The possibility to stay in a country as England can provide direct links to the social life, their habits, customs and culture which could influence the teaching and could be presented better in front of the future students. - greater ability for promotion of English language and culture The fact that they will visit the country itself they will get closer image for the language, people and their inheritance. In that way they can easily transfer to their students what they have actually seen -better teaching skills As our company is not very large but exists for 10 years now this kind of experience would be excellent for future development and investment in better studying, training and giving chances that are rarely given to the teacher. With improved working methodology and practices, the participants would be actively involved and they will have unique possibility to hear, talk and communicate solely in English, but at the same time -to present their knowledge -how they teach -what methods they use in their teaching and translating activities -what actions they take to make their attendants more interested The mobility would take place from 20.04.2015 to 03.05.2015 with 7 participants at Plymouth, England
