Project's presentation:This youth exchange between Reunion Island and Romania will involve 10 younsters in each country, 18 to 30 years old, both with social issues and fewer opportunities. The project will be based on several activities:- Discovering and sharing traditional cultures through traditional dance and music: worksops, shows- Skill's and competences sharing- Debates, Partners Meetings- Workshops and artistic activities to sensitize the youngsters, in order to support them to find a training or a job (how write a CV, a motivation letter, develop their self-esteem...)- Participative & Collective Games- Educative and cultural visitsFor 12 days, the participants will live a enriching experience, culturally and will be able to acquire new tools in order to me more independent in their job research or training's project.The intercultural meeting is the "red line" of the project, but the objectives are more focused on the social and profesional's accompaniment.Project's objectives:- Sensitize the participants with fewer opportunities to the European multiculturalism through a first mobility experience- Involve the youngsters in a participative process, giving them a role- Promote their know-ledge and skills to increase their self-esteem- Purpose a new way of social and cultural accompaniment, to act against the youth delinquency- Develop the interest for intercultural meetings- Promote the public supports - Develop the curiosity for European initiatives and opportunities (as EVS)- Develop the sense and sharing of European values such solidarity, democracy, using non formal methods.Results and Benefits:- Participate in a Common reflection about building youth european identity- Promote and Increase Mobility Projects for Youth and with Youth- Optimize European partnerships involving ultra peripheral regions as Ultramarine islands- Open the reflection on youth with fewer opportunities's needs and their access to European opportunities.
