The effects of globalization are suffered as well at the local and the overall scales. From now on, local and international are interrelated. One of the known impacts is the social reject of this globalization, that we can translate into the form of exclusion or racism. Therefore, the issues of 'living-together' and intercultural are essential. « Europe, International : social and cultural projects to build a better 'living-together' » has for main goal the promotion a better 'living-together' through education to interculturality within non-formal education spaces. The implementated means are materialized into the mobilitiy of different actors of non-formal education, especially cultural and social workers specialized in childhood and youth. This mobility is prepared and accompanied to allow this education to interculturality, and therefore, the meeting. Thank to different activities offered in this project, participants could develop their european and international skills, through the experience of mobility, the different trainings and meetings. Owing to the values defended by each partner of this project, namely popular education, it is also an education to citizenship that is aimed for. All the actors and participants to this project are professional or volunteers of cultural and social structures. If the number of direct participants is 31 (27 professionals, of which 9 for a partnership building seminar and 18 for a training – and 4 volunteers), the expected consequences will be beyond this targeted group. Each participant could therefore, in their professional life, keep practising education to interculturality for the groups they host face-to-face. In the situation of professionals of structures and associations allowing mobility, the implemented means allow to train oneself, to reinforce the partnerships of their organizations and to co-build projects in the direction of international common prospects. This reinforcement of partnerships goes through common work times, the meeting of the professionals of the different associations, and an implementation of the projects, actions, a mutual schedule, in order to improve the quality of the professional mobility offer. Expected means are : Allow volunteers of non-formal education associations to live an EVS within a partner organization in order to reinforce the relationships between both associations and to allow the volunteer to develop intercultural and professional skills Develop the network and actions area of different partners through the initiation of a partnership with Spain, while a 6 days visit, a collective seminar to prepare a strategic partnership (KA2) Train summercamps directors specialized in abroad and linguistic holydays to allow the spread of quality youth exchanges. The effects of those different actions will be effective into the actions areas of the different associations through the spread of good practice in the european and international mobility projects, youth exchanges, and will allow a good quality education to interculturality, promotion of an active citizenship towards the hosted groups.
