Unemployment, early drop-outs and lack of social activity describes many regions in the European Union. It is one of the partner organizations; strong desire, to counteract these severe issues, and help achieve the goals of the Europe 2020 Strategy as well as the Erasmus + Programmes objectives. This project aims to solidify the entrepreneurial spirit in young individuals on an international level all over the European Union. However, having the entrepreneurial spirit is not enough by itself. Young, potential entrepreneurs need to have an overview of as well as an insight into the world of business in order to have all the necessary information to create their own paths. They must master the basic methods and tools which allow them to launch their successful businesses. As most of these tools and techniques are only taught in business schools, a high proportion of these young people don’t have access to them. Although various ideas are based on the knowledge of other professions – engineering, medical science, hands-on trades, etc., these potential innovations are not viable without experience and know-how in the world of business. The partners of this project feel that young people have the necessary potential of becoming successful entrepreneurs, but they need inspiration, motivation and guidance: they need competent leaders who are capable of providing them with assistance and support as well as with professional advices and experienced guidance in the world of business. The partners of this project have worked out a programme for a Training Course for youth leaders to enable them to help and support their extended networks of individuals with their entrepreneurial intentions. The Training Course focuses on communication methods, on motivational and inspirational techniques and gives a profound insight into the world of business to provide youth leaders with a compact information package that will strengthen their capacity of providing professional assistance to others. The Training Course took place in Stettestrand, between 19-29 April, 2015. the objectives of this project are the following: • To inspire, motivate and support young people to develop innovative ideas and start their own businesses. • To provide Young people with the necessary information, tools and methods that enable them to create their own businesses. • To give young people hands-on experience with creating and evaluating business proposals. • To enable youth leaders to inspire, motivate and pass-on the knowledge and tools to young entrepreneurs.
