Ova se osmodnevna obuka / trening "Europa za mlade - mladi za Europu!" bavi temama Europske svijesti i politikama za mlade uopće i sa sljedećim temama posebice: (ne)zaposlenost mladih, vjeL?tine zapoL?ljivosti mladih, Youthpass i kljuĔne kompetencije, Europsko trLliL?te rada, Europske institucije i strategije povezane sa zapoL?ljavanjem mladih, Europsko građanstvo i identitet, Budućnost Europe, druL?tveno poduzetniL?tvo mladih, razmjene mladih i program Mladi na djelu. Ovaj trening odrLlat će se od 1. do 9. rujna 2012. godine u Zadru i okupit će 26 sudionika iz 10 drLlava: Hrvatske, Belgije, Bugarske, Cipra, Italije, Litve, Nizozemske, Portugala, Slovenije i Turske.Neki od ciljeva projekta su:- Razmijeniti miL?ljenja o realnostima nezaposlenosti mladih u razliĔitim Europskim drLlavama- Raspraviti komptencije koje se mogu izgraditi kroz Europske projekte neformalnog uĔenja i njihovo priznavanje Youthpass-om- Raspraviti Europsko građanstvo i identitet te predstaviti Europske institucije i strategije Europske Unije povezane uz (ne)zaposlenost mladih - Promovirati druL?tveno poduzetniL?tvo i inicijative mladih za budućnost Europe- OsnaLliti naL?e sudionike za djelovanje na efektu umnoLlavanja tako da organiziraju razliĔite lokalne i međunarodne aktivnosti s neformalnim obrazovanjem za mlade sa manje mogućnosti uslijed siromaL?tva i nezaposlenosti- IstraLliti mogućnosti programa Mladi na djelu kao sredstva u borbi protiv nezaposlenosti te razviti zajedniĔke Europske projekte s nezaposlenim mladimaTrening će slijediti pristup, principe i metode neformalnog obrazovanja i temeljit će se na iskustvima i razmjeni sudionika te će se koristiti kombinacija razliĔitih kreativnih, participativnih i interaktivnih metoda unutar njega.IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE:This 8 days long training course ″Europe for youth – youth for Europe!‴ is dealing with the topics of European awareness and Youth policies in general and in specific of following topics: youth (un)employment, employability skills of youth, Youthpass and key competences, European labour market, European institutions and strategies connected to the youth employment, European citizenship and identity, Future of Europe, youth social entrepreneurship, youth exchanges and Youth in Action programme. The training course will be organised from 1st till 9th September 2012 in Zadar, Croatia and will gather 26 participants from 10 countries: Croatia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia and Turkey. Some of the specific objectives of the project are: - To reflect and exchange opinions about the youth unemployment realities in different European countries;- To identify the competences that can be obtained through European non-formal learning projects and their certification by the Youthpass- To discuss European citizenship and identity and to introduce the European institutions and EU strategies connected to youth (un)employment - To promote the social entrepreneurship and youth initiatives for future of Europe - To empowering our participants to act as multipliers that will organise different local and international activities within the non-formal education for youth with fewer opportunities due to poverty and unemployment- To explore the possibilities of the Youth in Action program as a tool in the combat against unemployment and to develop mutual European projects with unemployed youngstersThe training course will follow the non-formal education approach, principles and methods and will be based on participants’ experience and exchange and a combination of different creative, participatory and interactive methods will be used within it.
