CONTEXT: The project would be framed in the locality of La Roda (Spain), based on an experience of not formal learning where the volunteers will develop social and intercultural skills and this way they will acquire work experience in the field of the infancy and the youth. This will happen with the daily contact of the volunteers with the children and teenagers as well as with its parents. Project duration (12 months): from 01/08/2014 to 31/07/2015. Activity duration (8 months): from 01/10/2014 to 31/05/2015. ACTIVITIES: We will promote the European conscience of the different generations. Our organization is very interested in those experiences that allow the development of new activities where the main target is the enrichment of our European conscience. We want to contribute and take part actively in the European construction. We try to encourage: • The relations between the children and young people of different social and cultural sectors of our environment. • The promotion with other programs and associations with the same purposes and targets. • To increase the field of experiences and development of new activities that they enrich so much to volunteers as citizens and increase its European conscience as well as to contribute and to take part actively in the European construction. - Acquisition of practical skills in organization of activities for children and young people directed and supported by the association and its collaborators. - Development of skills of communication: audition, diction and exchange of opinions with the people of other countries. - Development of the gift of nations and skill for the work in team as well as of emotional skills. - Knowledge and practice of the Spanish language. There will increase its knowledge on our country including grammar and cultural content. - Learning and education of the languages and respective customs will be realized by means of activities (sports, playful, teaching, manual...) directed to such a purpose with groups of approximately 25 persons for the purpose of announcing traditions, holidays, etc., of our country and of the fatherland of the volunteer, as well as of the fatherlands of the children and young people who come to the youth center “La Rocosa” for some of them come from different points of Europe and Africa. IMPACT: We don't claim that this program ends up only at our associates but also it re-spills in the taking part children of the project "Comet" carried out by the juvenile association “La Rocosa”. This association, without lucre fortitude, encourages alternatives for the children and young people of La Roda in its free time and of free time. Inside its diverse activities it emphasizes That the said project should "Comet", whose target is the reception and integration of numerous emigrant children who come to our locality. The tasks of the volunteer focus on the support of the educational and formative task of the children of the associates and members of the project “Comet“ of the juvenile association “La Rocosa”, being provided with the support and coordination of the person in charge of the project, and faced to fulfill the raised targets. The role of the volunteer SVE will be of supporting the person in charge of every group of children and/or young people, as well as supporting to the "monitor - quizmaster" of the different activities that are carried out, well proposed by it responsible for the group or for the same volunteer since its creative and collaborating facet will be respected in all the ambiences. VOLUNTEERS: The profile of THREE candidates for the SVE answers to young people between 22 and 30 years, responsible and motivated for learning that supposes its participation in the SVE, ready to share experiences and formation with young people of other European countries. The role of the volunteers in the project is that of persons who will always realize support tasks together with the persons in charge of the activities of each of the groups of children and young people. RESULTS and BENEFITS: The achievement of this project will increase and stimulate the positive sensitization towards other cultures, so much those of the local community like the own one of the volunteers. The daily relation with the managers of the different groups, the children of the associates, the parents and mothers who form the Association and with the persons of the locality of The Roda with that the tutor will communicate the volunteers, it will make possible in a practical and effective way this exchange, reciprocally, intercultural. They will encourage the tolerance and the compression in the diversity and he Will help to fight prejudices that they lead to the exclusion and form more tolerant and just persons. As well as to prepare and to fight the prejudices, the racism and any attitude that leads to the exclusion being this one of the main axes in the philosophy of any of the actions on the subject of youth of youth of the program.
