Addressing a confirmed need for more active European citizenship and targeting increased awareness of European cultures, the Europe at Work project brought the subject of European citizenship directly to the workplace. Activities centred round the development and testing of an in-company training programme for managers and multipliers in addition to the development and introduction of an e-learning programme supporting work-based learning for individual employees. Partners actively promoted end project results - a curriculum for European Citizenship at the Workplace - to a wide range of stakeholders both within and beyond the partner countries.
