“Europe at our h@nd” springs out from the medio-linguistical and cultural way, already present in our school , and througt the improvement of the skills. It promotes the exange and comunication among European teachers so that it increases the sense of belonging to the UE. All the school staff, including the Principal, will stay abroad, in group of 3/4 people , and will attend courses about the following cognitive and educational goals: - Intercultural cooperation - Development of the cooperation and acquisition of the techniques to mending relationship struggles and cultural integration - Improvement of digital skills. A group will go to Belgium for activities of Job shadowing in High Schools in order to activate real and virtual partnerships. Another group will go to the UK to enhance linguistic skills as support for CLIL and to better support the International relationships developed in the course of other activities of the project. 22 people, including teachers, administration staff and the Principal will to have part to the project. The methodology used to achieve the objectives will be finalized to the maxime spread of the contents acquired step by step, and therefore the net , the school website and the other media will be the most used tools. Inside the school great care will be given to all the material collected in the course of the experience, so that the formation of the few will result in the enrichment of many. In the long run the teachers’ skills and the materials acquired ( photos, pp, brochure, et ) will be in the school archive for consultation and as a source of inspiration for future experiences. As for the administrative part the acquired skills will be visible for what concerns the improvement of comunication and organization.
