Two young Germans, aged between eighteen and thirty years, will obtain the possibility to do an European voluntary service in the Morawa mansion in Poland. They will support the work of a non-profit organisation and will be able to gain important experience in the intercultural field. The volunteers will be working in the Morawa mansion, which is operated by a foundation and includes a kindergarden and an international education and community centre. They will be part of a small team and work in all parts of the organisation such as helping in the kindergarden, doing gardening work in the heritage-protected park, guide seminar attendants and support the project management team. Furthermore, the volunteers will get the opportunity to plan and execute their own international or German-Polish youth exchange program. This voluntary service can help them to find orientation for their personal and professional development and foster their self-conception as young and active European citizens.
