The project "Europe of equal opportunities - European cooperation to ensure the success of students" is a response to the great interest of teachers in improving their professional skills abroad and on the need to have the students appropriate and necessary in today's world of competence and skills that will help them start in life . Already at the stage of preparation of the proposal was carried out in Schools survey, the aim of which was to identify the needs of employees, as well as readiness to participate in the project, the results helped define the priorities of the facility: broadening the educational offer school; learning new teaching methods and work tools; establish sustained international cooperation in the exchange of experience.Teachers from Primary School in Kobylany, together with colleagues from the Group of the Public Educational Institutions in Stara Kornica together will depart on a 12-day training course to Portugal.Analyzing the offer prepared by the Partner of the Portuguese decided to participate in the following courses:1. SUCCESSFUL MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF EUROPEAN PROJECT (5 day course learning management and control of EU projects. This course is for the Directors of Schools participating in the project)2. NEW METHODOGIES AND TOOLS (5 -dniowy course for teachers and early childhood education teachers specialized subjects (excluding languages) educating a broad range of new teaching methods, the course presents a spectrum of topics of workshops on the use of new methods and tools to work with children and youth, the course enhances the ability to use ICT)3. LANGUAGE AND CULTURE - 5-day course for teachers of foreign languages lifting language skills and learner-centered teaching methodology- Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL)- Learning playing: Plan and manage dynamics and plays that teach Angielski or- The Art of Language Learning: Rediscovering Angielski+ - Being more than a tourist: Portuguese Culture and introduction to the Portuguese language4. SOCIAL DIVERSITY AND MANAGEMENT (5 day course designed for all project participants, in particular classes dedicated educators and teachers of early childhood education. The course learning new methods of conflict management, crisis management, and social diversity)- Social Diversity and social transformation: it starts in your hands- Conflict management: mediation as a tool- Peer Mediation- Conflict management in everyday: the problem, tension, crisis and conflictEach participant will benefit from two 5-day courses and the 2-day cultural training. The program was tailored to the individual needs of teachers and has already been pre-discussed and developed by the Portuguese partner.All participants will take part in the course SOCIAL DIVERSITY AND MANAGEMENT shaping European awareness and learning to cope in crisis situations. The course responds to the needs of teachers of early childhood education and teachers of all other subjects, at every stage of student development and youth work, problems with which the teacher must be able itself lead, the use of new methods and tools to conduct mediation and conflict resolution is a skill necessary to work didactics. Then the participants will be divided into three groups and pass courses tailored to their individual needs.The project will contribute both to the professional development of school staff, senior management, but also the development of the individual institution by increasing its visibility and prestige. The project will encourage participants to effective cooperation, exchange of experiences, evaluate their own work. Teaching creativity and independence in thought and action, contribute to the personal development of the participants and to the development of schools, will positively affect the relationships between teachers, students and teachers and thus the quality of school work - to teach and how to manage the school.
