The project is meant to students of Initial Vocational Education courses in Trade and Administrative Management, and all students in VET courses taught at our institution who have obtained their degree in 2014 or 2015 , enabling them to implement theoretical knowledge acquired in the center , acquire skills and abilities in line with the real needs of the labor market while developing personal skills (autonomy, self-control, respect , flexibility , organization, assertiveness ... ) and language skills. The aim is to satisfy on the one hand , international labor market needs, on the other hand , needs related to the integration of learning with working life , developing skills consistent with the needs of the labor market , and , finally , personal development needs both psychologically , culturally and socially. So that,f the proposal is focused in the objectives: - Strengthen the attractiveness of the VET system through a significant improvement in the quality of vocational training courses taught at our center. - Strengthen relationships between teachers and the labor market to improve our teaching skills . - Develop skills, knowledge and abilities that meet the needs of the labor market . - Develop common European tools to promote transparency and recognition of qualifications ( Europass) . - Promoting entrepreneurship in VET students . - Encourage the employment of participants in the international labor market . The mobilities , up to 15 , will be held to coincide with the dates set for the completion of the training module Workplaces in each training cycle , and training programs of each participant shall, in cooperation with host partners consider the programming of this module , each participant 's profile and the characteristics of each host partner .
