PROJECT
FINISHED
This project will be the next step on our path towards Europe and the global market. It is supposed to be an attractive opportunity for our students to get their working career started. Based on our experiences with successful partnership-projects (Comenius and Leonardo), first experiences with innovation transfer projects, our participation in exchange programs of the district government and our first Erasmus+KA1-project, we now would like to continue on the European pathway during the next school year with both student and teacher mobilities. We will focus on students of the study qualifying sector, the Dual System and in the Technical College for mechanical engineering. Therefore, we would like to send 21 students in total (for supervision) to companies. The companies will be recruited with the help of our project partners. As last year, we want two apprentices from the mechanical engineering department to do an internship in France. The bilateral exchange started in the innovation transfer project "Weblab" will be countinued with two students. In addition, we would like to give 31 teachers the opportunity to learn more about school life and work in partner institutions and thus extend and stabilise our international contacts. All in all, we hope that the internships will motivate and encourage our students to widen their horizons, gain new knowledge of other cultures and working and educational processes abroad, reduce drop-out rates and foster life-long learning.
