The project „Europa kształci - umiędzynarodowienie szkolnego kształcenia zawodowego” is written by the school and the company Siegmundsburger Haus Werrauelle GmbH. It starts at the 1.10.2016 and takes until the 30.09.2018. We planned 60 students and graduates from professions such as:* Technique for building trade* Technique for gastronomical services* cooks.The participants are divided into 4 groups, the 4week internships are dated:* 1. Group: February - march 2017: 10 technicians for gastronomical service 6 cooks and 6 technicians for building trade* 2. Group: June 2017: 6 technicians for gastronomical service, 2 technicians for building trade (graduates)* 3. Group: march 2018: 10 technicians for gastronomical service, 6 cooks and 6 technicians for building trade* 4. Group: June 2018: 6 technicians for gastronomical service and 2 technicians for building trade (graduates).Each group will be accompanied by 1 or 2 tutors during the trip to Germany. In case of a German speaking tutor, he will stay the whole time in Thuringia.The main aim of the project is the preparation of the students and graduates for their start in the job live. The participants will meet the principles of European business, new knowledge, skills and professional competence. We want to decrease the language barrier and help the students to gain the appropriate vocabulary for life and work. The students lose many prejudice, learn tolerant behaviour towards other nationalities and get to know a new culture.Before departure the participants will receive an intense linguistical, pedagogical and cultural preparation.The students will work in following establishments: * Siegmundsburger Haus Werraquelle GmbH (SHW) – main partner in Germany and coordinator in Germany* Thüringer Waldblick Boxberg GmbH* Hotel Rennsteig* Waldhotel Rennsteighöhe* Hotel Marienturm* Objekt-Innenausbau* Waldschlösschen Wangen* Hotel Weißer Hirsch* Forsthaus Thiemsburg* Brauhaus zum Löwen.The participants will receive a certificate, made by the work place and SHW and the Europass mobility. Also they will develop their own Europass CV in the vocational lessons with the teacher, which will make the students more attractive on the European job market.The project will be realised according to the priorities in the Erasmus+ program and the strategy Europa 2020. These include development of professional and language skills, raise of key competences, the fight against unemployment and leaving school without graduation. The students will be evaluated with a system based on ECVET. The project also aims to improve teaching content in vocational and language lessons. It also supports the development of cooperation between companies and our school, as well as the further international work and character of education.
