The EUROPA FORMA PROFESIONALES project will be divided into 2 parts: 1) Project which includes the fulfillment of the FCT module (internship period) in EU companies, specifically in Portsmouth-England, for 12 students of Medium Level of Vocational Training (specialities of Car Mechanics & Auxiliary Nursing Care) with a duration of approximately 380-400 hours each), about 10 weeks. It is foreseen the mobility of 2 tutors for 1 week in order to get a correct management of the avaluation and the right development of the tasks required at the FCT's established in their curriculum. They will be done between September 2014 and September 2015. It is then not only for promoting the mobility between them but to complete their educative curriculum doing this last module of their studies in another country. With this project we would like them to get an extra motivation and an opportunity to acquire a much more complete linguistic, social, cultural and cognitive education. Besides, as they would be in their 2ncdcourse/year, these work placements would help them to their later entrance in the labour market. Therefore, they would fulfill some European priorities long-term such as entrepreneurship and multilinguism, promotion fo the social inclusion and the welfare of the young people facilitating then their future employability. 2) Project which includes the exchange of mobilities of 6 students of Medium Level of Vocational Training (Speciality: Electrics and Automatisms) to the italian city of Como with the centre Scuola Castellini in roder to get practical lessons for 1 weekat the centre about the following topics: management of job interviews, writing Europass CV, management of the recruitment process and simulation of risks at jobplace,.. The objective of these lessons is to use them at real life in italian work placements for the following 2 weeks, as in an internship. Then, these mobilities will last for 3 weeks. However, the project will last altogether for a year as the beneficiaries will learn Italian and Spanish through the digital platforms of each centre, facilitating their linguistic learning before the mobilities. Besides that, it is foreseen the previous mobilities of 3 teachers (staff) in order to do job shadowing, learning everything about their teaching area at the other country: methodology, assessment and avaluation, types of activities, use of ICTs in classroom, type of students and how to manage with troubles and conflicts, the way of management of the practice periods at work placements, etc. It will last for 4 days and it will be done by the staff of both centres. This way the students will get a better knowledge of their future profession/sector in other countries of the EU, increasing their European citizenship awareness among them and the mobility; also it will promote the usage of european common tools for the validation and recognisition of qualifications (Europass CV, Europass Mobility) in order to help the past involved in the recruitment process to recognise and apreciate the learning outcomes and results all around the EU. And finally, we will promote the employabilty among them as this experience will provide them with extra tools to face the young unemployment which is a real big problem in our society. This is a global project very complete as it includes not only the promotion of the mobility among the students and the staff, but also the increase of the employability and sociocultural and linguistic enrichment of the students as well as the acquisition of knwledge in the teaching reality of other teachers and the pedagogical updating of both centres staff, which facilitates the exchange of good practices and gives the whole project an added value as it implies a transnational character, complementarity and sinergies with the Union politics, and the contribution to the usage of european recognisition tools.
