The project arises in a context of crisis and unemployment especially high among young people. Many of them, although they have completed their vocational educational studies and they are able to perform a job, don't have enough foreign language skills, or other professional and personal skills that make them less competitive in a labor market increasingly demanding.The project's main objective is to promote personal and professional development of these student-workers and their specific skills through exchanges and internships, to acquire specific knowledge and skills in their professional sector to facilitate their access to labour market and prepare them for an economic context more and more globalized.It is expected the participation of 23 young people who will practice in the professional field of Business Administration, Tourism, Hotels, Cooking, Health, Electricity, Telecommunications and Automotive, in companies in (BBZ), Portugal (Equity Point, Braga MOB and EBA), Italy (CIOFS FP Association, AMFI and HRYO), Denmark (Padel Denmark) and United Kingdom (Ibérica London), for three months along the end of 2016 until October 2018. This project counts on eight host partners in destination contries of mobilities.FULDEFE (Leonese Fundation for Economic Development, Training and Employment) is the coordinator partner of the project and the sending organisation together with IES Ordoño II, María Auxiliadora High School, Don Bosco High School, IES Giner de los Ríos and CIFP Ciudad de León.FULDEFE has a long experience in managing European projects with a transnational dimension, seven of them Mobility Projects. Five of them under Leonardo da Vinci program, and two ERASMUS+ projects. FULDEFE teaches FOD workshops and MIXTO programs since its inception. FULDEFE obtained in 2013 quality accreditation (ISO 9001) and environment accreditation (ISO 14001). Projects Office of FULDEFE will be in charge of the management of the project, with the transversal support of administration and training and employment departments.
