The project Eurojob is launch with the purpose of investing in education and development of skills needed for effective adaptation to changing life circumstances, employment, prevention of early school leaving in order to improve the quality of vocational education. Also, the project purpose is better link education and training with the labor market, and improving educational outcomes and skills relevant to coping with life and strengthening vocational education with a focus on connecting with the world of work.The project Eurojob is designed to meet the needs of participants, but also in line with internal plans for internationalization, strengthening the capacity and modernization, contribution to the economic sector. The emphasis is of course on strengthening the knowledge, skills and competencies of students to enable them acquiring relevant learning outcomes, work with the latest techniques, technologies and developments, and the acquisition of those competences required in the labor market and thus contribute to increasing their employability.The project envisages a partnership with Vitalis GmbH with whom we agreed professional practice for 38 students in companies in Germany, as follows:Commercial / 4th grade - 10 students - IT paperless office programCar mechanic / 1st edited - 4 students - E-Buggy programCar mechanic / second develop- 4 students - E-Buggy programCook / 3rd develop- 4 students - Kitchen and Restaurant programCook / second develop- 4 students - Kitchen and Restaurant programWaiter / 3rd develop- 4 students - Kitchen and Restaurant programWaiter / second develop- 4 students - Kitchen and Restaurant programFlorist / second develop- 4 students - Design Florist programThe project objectives are: the acquisition of new professional competences and consequently increasing the employability of students; the memory of a new professional experience in the foreign work environment; the acquisition of new ideas and knowledge on the implementation of new solutions, processes and procedures to commercial application in the product or service; improving students' language skills; professional development of students; recognition of competences; strengthening intercultural and international in nature; development organizations; facilitating the transition to the labor market.It is expected that the activities supported under this project will have a positive and long-term impact on the participants, participating organizations and the target group of the project. Students will provide better quality education and adequate vocational guidance and the possibility of completing their education abroad or finding a job. Certainly, it will be more competitive in the labor market which will facilitate employability for education / apprenticeship in line with labor market needs.Staff will have a better understanding of the practices, policies and systems of education, training or areas related to young people in the host country and an increased ability to initiate change in terms of modernization and opening international markets. It is better to understand the interrelationships between formal and informal education and vocational education and the labor market.Furthermore, better to understand and respond to the social, linguistic and cultural diversity.Students and teachers will share their experiences and knowledge, to jointly develop innovative solutions that will transmit to future students of certain orientations for joint actions of peer learning and sharing of good practice.The school will be strengthened to work on EU-level / international level: better management capabilities and internationalization strategy; enhanced cooperation with partners from other countries; increased allocation of funds (excluding EU funds) for the organization of EU projects / international projects; better quality of the preparation, implementation, monitoring and follow-up projects of the EU / international projects.
