PROJECT
FINISHED
High results in the learning process can be achieved by integrating the new information and communication technologies in the system of adult education. This is the result of an innovated learning environment and reflects the need to respond at specific requests of adults learners that aim to reduce the difficulties they encounter in completing their training.
The specific objectives of mobility actions are:
- To train staff in planning and managing learning activities that requires the use of ICT and e-Learning platforms and in the application of new educational formats.
Among the general objectives:
- To provide a training based on the use of ICT, enhancing the quality and innovation of training paths provided;
- To provide a training that meets the personal and professional needs of adult users, interested in deepening/strength their competencies;
The mobility actions will involve 30 staff members of the partnership, included trainers and staff members who deal with the implementation of training courses in the Organizations of the Consortium. The training needs of the staff aim to meet the training needs of the users and the need of professional development and improvement of the quality of training interventions provided for adult users.
The staff will attend a training course abroad for a period of 10 days. The course will be structured according to theoretical, methodological and practical-management aspects relative to the production of training courses by using ICT. It will consist of daily sessions during which practical skills will be provided for the management of training activities that integrate networking technologies.
In order to clearly identify the overall objectives of the project, they will be organized and subdivided into the following Work Packages (WP):
PLANNING AND PROMOTION, PROJECT MANAGEMENT; SELECTION, PREPARATION AND ACTIONS OF MOBILITY; EVALUATION AND DISSEMINATION RESULTS.
The results will be:
- Knowing how to analyze training needs based on the requirements and procedures for adult learning and translate those needs into training paths that involve the use of ICT;
- Be able to relate to the rapid, modular learning needs that are respectful of previous experience and skills, and endorse educational practices rapidly evolving.
The expected impact will be that of have transferred to the institutions members of the consortium the appropriate skills in order to intervene by using and integrating the new tools in the innovation process of their practical training and re-motivation of those adults students who, although potentially provided with interest, are hampered in access and completion of a training course. The beneficiaries will be able to make improvements in their teaching strategies through integration or consolidation of e-Learning platforms. They will also be able to contribute to a better implementation of planning procedure, ideation and creation of online courses.
In the long term, the benefits will be:
The direct participants will be able to improve their own teaching methods through the integration or enhancement of e-Learning platforms. They will also be able to promote the interest in training, the strength of adult skills and the prevention of unsuccessful training course through a more in-depth knowledge and expertise in technologies 2.0.
The direct beneficiaries will propose to develop and disseminate among their colleagues, in a totalizing manner, a conscious and adequate use of e-Learning and support training activities that use ICT.
The partner organizations involved, local and transnational, will be, together with the Entity Coordinator of the project, an integral part of a network made of different professional figures that aims to create and represent best practices in the reorganization and strengthening of adult education, through implementation of innovative skills, new paradigms of learning and training, new operating models.
The results and impacts that may be associated to the end users can be evaluated in terms of individual job prospects. They can dispose of a training system suitable and built on their personal and professional needs, to which will be provided not only the ease of access but also the certainty of the assessment and certification of acquired skills.
