The project will develop Masters-level training in Information and Communications Technologies for the region (extended through a tripartite collaboration with a Flemish partner). Co-operation between higher education institutions in the field will aid the development of common, uniform approach to Masters level training. The project will deliver courses in the ICT field at Masters level, available for e-learning; this novel aspect will make the courses accessible to many, including those requiring professional training/continuous professional development.
