The project assumes that a growing need of tutorial personnel for e.learning courses is incumbent, therefore all the efforts should be made in order to improve the currently modest confidence in e.learning of trainers, teachers and tutors. Project of transfer of innovation, based on the previous EU funded Trainet (LdV 2003) and whose added value is -the extension of the partnership to 4 new partners of Hungary, Latvia, Sweden and Rumenia and the translation in the relevant languages of the existing products ( of Trainet) and of the new ones created by the current partnership; -a special reward for the SMEs technicians and staff, since the e.learning contents of the e.learning programme could be of consistent interest for them too; -the upgrading of the usability of the existing portal through technological improvement of the website support to e.learning. And the enrichment of the contents with newly produced modules Enhancing the training of tutors through the pedagogy and methodologies of e.learning is the objective of the present Project. The contents of the proposed e.learning will deal with organisation of work and production in the metal-mechanical industry and with management skills. Among the planned activities ought to be underlined the initial investigation on the state of the art of the use of e.learning in the VET institutions networks of each partner. The existing portal , conceived under the previous Trainet, will be robustly improved. Transfer of innovation project, already focussed to further geographical extension.
