Content and aims of our project mainly depends on a needs analysis applied to our teachers and administrative staff at school. In accordance with the observed needs, the number of the personnel who can take part in the courses is high, so we din not make it certain who will attend the mobilities but we set a comission for selection and certain criterias are declared. The activities of our project are courses for language development and courses for teaching methods and techniques. The primary aims are; personal and academic development of the participants, institutional benefit and national and international priorities. The guideline for achieving these aims are made clear with setting some commissions and declaring the criteria. These commissions are Implementation commission and dissemination commission. The expected effects and results of our project are; -An awareness about the importance of learning foreign languages at institutional level, -Academic and personal development, -Assessment of our educational applications from a European perspective and make revisions if applicable, -Getting innovative approaches about administrative issues, -To reach a personnel perspective who can follow the latest approaches in their branches with an international perspective. In addition, to make the effects as long term as possible, dissemination activities will be implemented regularly as mentioned in this form. Those are ; a- Setting a website for the project b- Local Media c- Social Media d- Web page of our school e- Informative meeting for the teacher at schools in our coordinating area. f- Dissemination tools of the Local Educational Administration Institutions. g-The dissemination platforms of our National Agency.
