Etablierung des dualen Ausbildungssystems durch Unterstützung der Professionalität in den Ausbildungsbetrieben - Entwicklung von Ausbildungsunterlagen für Betriebe in Metall- und Gastronomieberufen

The project has the aim to offer the project partners from Italy and Slovakia support to establish a dual vocational education in their countries. Statistics show that countries where the vocational training is carried out in school form have a much higher youth unemployment than countries that train with the dual system. During the project, curricula and tests/examination papers in same/comparable professions from the countries Germany, Italy and Slovakia in a catering/hotel- and a metal-profession will be compared during transnational project meetings.In relation to the intersection training materials will be processed together methodically. They will be presented/provided to potential training companies via word-of-mouth / Internet/Blog articles. With the final materials the companies will be given support to facilitate the choice of the dual system.Tthe advantages of the system will be showed. On criticism and counterarguments on the part of companies is discussed.
